1) PLC control, all working parameters and fault information can be quickly checked and set;
2) The intelligent heating system has two working modes, the daily mode is used for automatic temperature control during the working process of the equipment, and the other is the appointment mode, which can realize the appointment heating on a specified date to meet individual needs;
3) Pneumatic lifting device is used for materials to automatically enter and exit the cleaning work tank, and at the same time realize the up and down movement of objects during the cleaning process, thereby improving the cleaning effect;
4) Equipped with oil-water separation device, after each cleaning work, turn on this function to remove the oil floating on the surface of the cleaning liquid, thereby reducing the secondary pollution of oil stains to parts;
5) Equipped with liquid level protection and automatic water infusion function;
6) The ultrasonic transducer is installed in the cleaning tank in the form of a vibration box, which not only facilitates maintenance and replacement in the later period, but also reduces the noise of ultrasonic waves.
7) Insulation cotton is installed on the outer wall of the cleaning tank for heat preservation of the tank body, and also helps to reduce noise;

4) The choice of cleaning agent should satisfy 7≦Ph≦13;
