Cleaning of daily parts of construction machinery

The cleaning of metal parts in the process of mechanical processing is to remove all kinds of pollutants produced in the use, production and storage of mechanical equipment through physical and chemical means, so as to obtain a certain degree of cleanliness, so as to improve the appearance quality and performance of products, reliability and meet the requirements of the next processing process. Cleaning work is an important link in the machining process. Most mechanical parts need to be cleaned before, during and after assembly, and some parts also need to be cleaned after trial operation. The purpose of cleaning parts is to remove the residual casting sand, iron filings, rust, abrasive, oil, dust and other dirt on the surface. The cleanliness of parts after cleaning will directly affect the assembly quality and the service life of construction machinery, so the cleaning of parts is a very important link in the assembly of construction machinery. To do a good job of cleaning parts, cleaning agents and cleaning methods should be correctly selected according to their materials, structural characteristics, pollution conditions and cleanliness requirements.

Common cleaning methods for machine parts:

Step 1 Scrub. Place the parts in a container of diesel, kerosene or other cleaning solution and scrub with cotton or brush with a brush. This method is easy to operate, simple equipment, but low efficiency, suitable for single small batch of small parts. Under normal circumstances, gasoline should not be used, because it is fat soluble, will damage people’s health and easy to cause fire.

2. Boil and wash the configured solution and the parts to be cleaned together into the cleaning pool made of steel plate welding with appropriate size, heat it to 80~90℃ in the furnace under the pool, and boil and wash for 3~5min.

3. Spray the cleaning solution with a certain pressure and temperature to the surface of the parts to remove the oil. This method has good cleaning effect and high production efficiency, but the equipment is complex, suitable for cleaning parts with less complex shape and serious grease on the surface.

4 Vibration cleaning will be cleaned parts on the cleaning basket or cleaning frame of the vibration cleaning machine, and immersed in the cleaning liquid, through the vibration of the cleaning machine simulation of artificial bleaching shabu action and the chemical action of the cleaning liquid to remove oil pollution.

5 Ultrasonic cleaning depends on the chemical action of cleaning agent and ultrasonic cleaning machine “ultrasonic cavitation effect” phase action, in order to remove oil pollution.
