How To Use Ultrasonic Cleaner For Engine Block Cleaning?

Cleaning engine blocks with an ultrasonic cleaner requires some extra steps and caution due to the size and complexity of the object. Here's a step-by-step guide:

1.Safety measures: Wear goggles, gloves and protective clothing to protect yourself during operation. Make sure to work in a well-ventilated area. 

2.Disassembly: Remove all removable parts such as spark plugs, hoses, sensors and gaskets from the engine block. This will prevent damage to these delicate parts and ensure a more thorough cleaning.

3.Pre-cleaning: Preliminary cleaning of the engine block before it is placed in an TS series ultrasonic cleaner. Use a degreaser or engine cleaner and a brush to remove any loose debris, oil or grease from the surface. 

4.Tank Setup: Prepare the ultrasonic cleaner by filling it with a suitable cleaning solution. Ideally, use a water-based degreaser or a specialized engine cleaning solution that is compatible with ultrasonic cleaning. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for the correct concentration. 

5.Placement: Place the disassembled engine block into the water tank of the ultrasonic cleaner, making sure it is completely submerged in the cleaning solution. Make sure the tank is not overloaded as this will affect the effectiveness of the cleaning process. Ultrasonic Cleaning:
